What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at sylvaflowofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
Standard shipping is $5.99 with an estimated delivery of 7-15 business days. Express shipping is $9.99 with an estimated delivery of 5-9 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email once your order has shipped. Please note we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
