At Sylva Flow Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Sylva Flow Ltd reserves the right to deny refund requests if the items show signs of use or damage not attributed to our shipping process.
